There seems to be more chance of getting off if you've been smoking reefer, as you can bullshit down the passive smoking route as a defence, which is not easy to disprove.

Passive sniffing is a bit trickier to sell to the judge.

Re: These new drug driving laws ?
It is now an offence to drive with certain drugs above a specified level in your blood - just as it is with drink driving. Sixteen legal and illegal drugs are covered by the law, including cannabis, cocaine, ecstasy and ketamine. The limits for all illegal drugs are extremely low – taking even a very small amount of an illegal drug could put you over the limit.

So a Friday night dabble in class A will still be in system come Monday but surely won't be over these set limits

that';s kind of how the law works

like if you wanted to burgle people in your spare time or murder people in the privacy of your own house

Re: These new drug driving laws ?
Why does every kid these days think they can do things that are against the law without also having to worry a bit about getting caught and punished for it? I think it's because they've never been told off properly in their lives, have always got their iwn way and have built up a massive sense of entitlement. When I was young, we were always very aware of consequences, so we either didn't do them or tried not to brag about it or get caught. That's the game.

The younger generation have been educated with a different life attitude, they are taught evaluate truth not repeat it rote, and they perceive the current drug laws as antiquated nonsense.
